[1] Shipping & Delivery
Please be advised that we accept online orders only; our physical store is not open for walk-in purchases or collections, and we are unable to accommodate impromptu visits. THEOS KYRIOS and our team utilize J&T as the sole delivery service option during the payment checkout process for all online transactions. Although other courier service options may be displayed in the payment checkout interface, we strongly recommend selecting only J&T for your delivery needs.
Our warehouse team will process orders and schedule pickups with the courier service. It is important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the courier's failure to collect the packages prepared by our warehouse personnel. In the event of any complications, a member of our friendly THEOS KYRIOS administration team will contact you to provide updates regarding the re-booking of your package.
If your order exceeds the maximum weight limit, you will be required to pay for any excess weight before we can release your parcel. Should you wish to add insurance to your shipment, please contact our customer support team via the [Contact Us] page prior to completing your purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.
We would like to emphasize that J&T does not offer express delivery services. The fees you incur reflect the standard shipping charges levied by J&T. Any inquiries concerning your package should be directed to J&T; we will not respond to requests for updates regarding perceived express delivery, as no additional fees for express service have been incurred.
We strongly encourage all customers to avoid last-minute orders. Please manage your time effectively and allow at least one week in advance for order placement. We appreciate your understanding.

[2] Processing Time
Upon submission of your order and receipt of the Order Confirmation email, please be advised that this does not guarantee immediate processing. Our warehouse team will initiate the packing of your order only after receiving confirmation of full payment from our accounts department. For additional details, please refer to the Mode of Payment section.
Orders are processed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The cut-off time for processing is 12 PM. Any purchases made after this time will be processed on the subsequent business day. Orders placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will also be processed on the next business day.
It is important to note that we can only process your order once full payment has been received. Unpaid orders will automatically expire after a grace period of six hours. After this period, customers must provide a screenshot of their payment transfer in order for us to reinstate any cancelled orders.
If you have completed payment for your order but receive a cancellation notice six hours later, please remain assured that we will process your order once we have confirmed the payment details with our accounts team.
[3] Urgent Orders Policy
Please be advised that we will not address any requests for urgent orders. It is imperative that you manage your time effectively and place orders as early as possible, avoiding last-minute requests. If your order form contains urgent notes or messages, such as:
- "Please send ASAP."
- "I require the uniforms by tomorrow."
- "School commences on [XX Date]."
- "Please expedite shipping."
- "Delivery by tomorrow."
- "Sent out today."
- "There is a scheduled school photoshoot tomorrow; I need the items by tomorrow morning."
or any similar urgent communications, we will process these requests in accordance with our standard processing time.
[4] Tracking Your Orders
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email containing your order ID as confirmation. If you do not see the Order Confirmation in your inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folders. If you still cannot find it, kindly reach out to us and provide your Order ID so we can assist you.
If you are unable to provide the Order ID, it may indicate that you did not click the [Submit] button. In this case, please do not panic; contact us through the "Contact Us" page. We want to resolve any issues amicably, so there's no need to be harsh with our staff.
We strongly encourage all customers to place their orders early to avoid any disappointment. It is your responsibility to manage your time effectively. Once your order is sealed and dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery on the carrier's website.
For non-peak seasons, please expect your parcel to arrive within 2-3 working days; during peak festive seasons, allow for 3-5 working days. To avoid last-minute issues, order early. Additionally, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to become active.
Your package will be picked up from our warehouse by J&T and sent to their headquarters for sorting. We will not respond to inquiries regarding parcel status, so please use the provided tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
[5] Parcel Status
If you wish to add insurance to your parcel, please contact our customer support team via the [Contact Us] page, and we will assist you with your request. Kindly note that an insurance fee is required.
Once the parcel has been picked up or dispatched, it is no longer under our control, and we cannot retrieve any parcel or package that is in transit. Furthermore, we are not able to accommodate the addition of items to a parcel that has already been sealed.
We can provide you with a tracking number to facilitate monitoring of your parcel's status; however, please be aware that delivery times may vary based on the courier and destination. Should your parcel experience delays beyond the expected delivery timeframe, we recommend checking the tracking status and directly contacting the courier for assistance.
Please be informed that we will not address inquiries regarding lost or missing parcels/packages if no prior insurance was acquired or if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided. Moreover, parcels will not be shipped to restricted areas.
While we take responsibility for ensuring that your order is packed properly and securely, once it is transferred to the carrier, we can no longer be held accountable for the condition of the parcel.
We are also not liable for lost or stolen packages. In the event that a carrier asserts that a parcel was delivered but you do not possess it, you will need to engage directly with the courier to locate it. If you are not present and a package is missing from your doorstep or from a mailroom in your building, we are not responsible for replacing the order. We can assist you in filing a claim; however, please understand that the outcome of such a claim is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of the delivery carrier.
If a package is pending your retrieval at a local post office or is refused upon delivery, it may be classified as "missing" or returned due to invalid address information, and it may transit back to us. Should it be returned, the process may take between 4 to 12 weeks. Upon receiving the returned order, we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding the shipping fees. Should you wish to receive the order thereafter, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs again.
We recognize that parcels may occasionally go missing; however, it is essential to note that we are not a shipping company. The responsibility for ensuring safe delivery resides with the carrier, and we will not issue refunds or replacements for any deficiencies on the part of the carrier.
[6] Return for Exchange Policy
Please review our terms and conditions prior to making a purchase.
6-1. Eligibility for Exchange: Online purchases can be returned for exchange solely in the event that the size does not fit.
6-2. One-Time Exchange Limitation**: Each item is subject to a one-time exchange for the same item only. Exchanges for alternative products are not permitted.
6-3. Contact Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us at [CONTACT US] and provide your Order ID along with relevant contact information.
6-4. Response Timeline: Our administrative team will respond to your inquiry within five to seven working days to assist you with the return process.
6-5. Return Methodology: Items must be returned to our warehouse either via parcel delivery or by appointment. Exchange appointments are available one day each week. [Saturday Only]
6-6. Recommended Shipping Method: We recommend using a traceable delivery method (such as SingPost SmartPac or Registered Mail) for your return shipment.
6-7. Return Timeframe: The return exchange process must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to your designated address.
6-8. Inclusion of Original Invoice: The return must be accompanied by the original invoice.
6-9. Proof of Postage: Retain your proof of postage and/or tracking number when sending back your return to ensure accountability for any lost items during transit.
6-10. Responsibility for Return Postage: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any packages that may be lost in transit.
6-11. Exclusions for Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted rate, through coupons, discount codes, or promotional codes, are not eligible for exchange.
6-12. Non-Returnable Categories: The following categories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Sale items
- Hygiene products
- Undergarments
- Accessories
- Face masks
- Living Home products
- Embroidery services
- Pre-order items
6-13. Condition of Returned Items: It is imperative that returned items be packed in their original packaging and be in the same condition as received. Items must correspond with the description and size indicated on the sticker. Additionally, a photograph of the items intended for return is required.
6-14. Return Item Condition: Returned items must not be worn, washed, altered, stained, soiled, perfumed, or damaged. No claims will be entertained for items that have been worn or laundered.
6-15. Intact Packaging: The original sealed packaging and swing/hangtags must remain intact and uncut. Merchandise without original sealed packaging is not eligible for returns/exchanges.
6-16. Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery fees and bank transaction fees related to the initial purchase will not be refunded. In the event of order cancellation, the amount credited back to your account may be subject to deduction due to bank processing fees.
6-17. Processing Time for Exchanges: Following the receipt and processing of returned items, the exchange will be finalized within 7 to 14 working days. The customer will be required to cover the postage cost of the return shipment prior to dispatching the exchanged items.
6-18. Mishandling Liability: THEOS KYRIOS is not liable for issues related to wearable garments due to mishandling, which includes:
18A - Discoloration from sunlight exposure, washing, bleach, perspiration, perfume, food, blood, paint, or long-term storage.
18B - Color transfer caused by not separating dark colors from lighter ones during washing.
18C- Wear and tear, stains, shrinking, or damage from washers, dryers, or dry cleaning.
18D- Damage from abrasions, sharp objects, or burns from heat/ironing/cigarettes.
18E - Weight gain/loss or growth in height after 14 days.
6-19 Right to Reject Returns: THEOS KYRIOS reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not conform to the aforementioned requirements.
[7] Payment Methods
We only accept internet transfers for international purchases, as well as local transfers in Singapore via PayNow and PayLah. It is imperative that you verify both your address and contact number within the order ID prior to executing the payment.

Orders will be processed only upon the receipt of full payment. Please be informed that unpaid orders will automatically expire after a grace period of 6 hours, necessitating the submission of a new purchase order.
We have encountered a situation in which a customer made a payment for an order without submitting the corresponding order in our system. As a result, we were unable to process the order due to the lack of information. Please do not accuse us of scamming you if you fail to click the submit button; the transfer was made of your own accord. We kindly ask that you refrain from placing blame in such instances. Any questionable amounts received will be placed on hold until further clarification is obtained from the customer or their bank.
If you have completed payment for your order but receive a cancellation notice six hours later, please remain assured that we will process your order once we have confirmed the payment details with our accounts team.

THEOS KYRIOS retains the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
